About the Role

Responsible for continuous website + mobile app (iOS/Android platform) maintenance and enhancements
Responsibilities
Proactively driving property listing on Teamlink. Generating sales leads for Teamlink as SaaS for B2B users such as the developers and real estate agencies.
Leading and managing the design and production of sales & BD related marketing materials such as Teamlink training materials, sales plan preparation and execution etc.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Teamlink.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Tracking sales targets aligned with company objectives and providing consistent reports on the status of the accounts and transactions.
Working with third party marketing agencies on the preparation and production of marketing collaterals if required.
Assisting other teams with property sales & development activities if required.
About You
CRM or other business software sales experience preferred.
A track record of over-achieving quota and exceeding KPI's and sales target.
Real estate industry sales experience preferably with off-the-plan sales experience.
Existing strong network with the developers and real estate agencies.
Exceptional customer service skills with a practical approach to providing sales solutions.
A genuine team player who can work effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomously.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
