A buyer falls in love with an off-the-plan unit. They enquire. Somewhere between the agency's inbox and the developer's spreadsheet, that enquiry sits for two days, and by the time anyone calls back, the unit is gone. It's a scenario the property industry has quietly accepted for years. Proptech exists to close that gap, and the Proptech Australia Awards exist to recognise the platforms doing it well.
This year, Teamlink has been named a finalist across five categories at the 2026 Proptech Australia Awards.
Being shortlisted this widely, across product category, leadership, team execution and sales performance, points to something broader than a single strong campaign or feature launch. It reflects sustained work across the platform itself and the people behind it, evaluated against a market where genuine, sector-wide adoption is still the exception rather than the rule.
Teamlink has been named a finalist in:
Teamlink centralises what used to sit across a dozen disconnected tools: inventory, leads, deals and reporting, all in one system that developers, agencies and buyers draw from in real time. Instead of a
stock list circulated by email and updated whenever someone remembers to, availability updates instantly across every agent and agency working a project. A building stack view lets agents see level-by-level, unit-by-unit status at a glance, rather than cross-checking spreadsheets or chasing pricelists.
On the demand side, enquiries from major property portals route into one centralised lead management system, matched to the right agent and tracked from first contact through to settlement. For developers running projects across multiple agencies, the same system that manages stock and leads also tracks performance across every channel, without losing control of pricing or access along the way.
Since launching in 2020, Teamlink has grown to support more than 550 partner agencies, over 335 live projects and upwards of 17,000 units on platform. That scale is part of why this finalist run stands out: this is a platform already operating at the size these awards are built to recognise.
Off-the-plan sales are one of the more operationally demanding corners of real estate. Long sales cycles, multiple agencies working the same stock, and constant coordination between developer and agent create exactly the kind of fragmentation proptech is meant to solve. Five finalist nods across product, leadership, team and sales performance suggest the industry is watching not just whether a platform exists, but whether it changes outcomes for the people using it day to day.
This achievement reflects the work of our team across product, sales, marketing and partnerships, and the trust of the developers and agencies who use Teamlink every day. None of it happens without the people who built the platform and the partners who backed it early enough to prove it works at scale.
Thank you to Proptech Australia for continuing to champion innovation across the industry, and congratulations to every other finalist named this year.
We're proud to keep building the technology helping shape the future of Australia's property industry.
